Rational use of drilling tools

It is of great significance for high quality, fast and safe drilling to make good use of the drill pipe and prevent the accident of releasing the drill pipe. So we must attach great importance to the rational use of drilling tools.1. If the drill string thread is not clean and the water hole is different, the thread thread is damaged and the joint is worn thin, and the body is damaged. If the wear and bending exceeds the standard, the drill string shall not be used in the well.
2, the drill string up and down the drilling floor must wear good wire protector, must clean the wire buckle before the buckle, check the step (because the drill string is depending on the joint step section seal, so the step surface must be intact), and then coated with clean standard thread oil.
3. Do not bite the lifting tongs on the drill pipe body when loading or unloading the drill string thread, and do not grind, jump or use the rotary table to stretch the thread. The drilling tool must be tightened with double tongs according to the specified tightening force.
4. Drill collars and joint wire buckles of new car buckles shall be grinded smooth and free of burrs before drilling (those with smooth surface and phosphating treatment do not need to be grinded).
5. The drill tool should be measured well, including the inner and outer diameter (drill collar, joint and fishing tool should be measured accurately, and the sketch should be made and the detailed record should be made).
6. Strictly implement rules on inspection and pressure test of drilling tools.
7. Change drill tools in deep Wells regularly as required. The purpose of reversing the drill pipe in groups is to change the stress condition of the drill string, so that each column takes turns to bear different loads at different depths, so as to extend the service life of the drill string. The drill pipe should be checked by mistake to prevent sticking. The drill collar column should be unloaded and cleaned according to the specified time. The derricks inspect the drill string for bending during tripping; Internal fitter checks drill tool master; The external fitter checks the drill tool male buckle; Internal and external locksmith check the drill string for damage, puncture and leakage.
8. Single drill pipe when unloading. The fishing tool, fit joint, drill collar lifting nipple and other tools pulled down from the drill floor should be unloaded
9. The drilling tools in the well site must be placed on the special pipe rack, with the suspended length of both ends not exceeding 2m, and the suspended length of drill collar and kelly not exceeding 1m. The drilling tools in the well site and other kinds of pipes must be placed in categories, no more than three layers at most. All female connectors should be aligned. The sealing surface and thread buckle of the connector should be cleaned and coated with oil and anticorrosion.
