Hook strip soft screens

•Material: stainless steel wire screen (304 316)
•Advantages: wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, longer service life.
•Usage: For drilling mud filtration

The structure of hook strip soft screens is similar to the flat plate screen. The primary structure is usually one block which is composed of 2 to 4 layers bond together. KINGWELL screens are API RP 13C compliant.

Hook strip flat plate screens is widely used for oilfield at present. The screen is composed of 2 to 3 stainless steel layers bonded to a steel plank. It makes bonding strength stronger, reduces friction and vibration, thus increasing durability. Under the condition of guaranteeing enough bonding strength, hole size for the perforated metal plate can be different, can strive to obtain maximum effective area. This kind of screens can be used for different drilling conditions. KINGWELL screens are API RP 13C compliant.

•Advantages: wear-resistant, high temperature resistant, oil resistant, acid and alkali resistant, longer service life.
•Usage: For drilling mud filtration, mud cleaning.
 
Steel frame screen is widely used for oilfield at present. The screen is composed of 2 to 3 stainless steel layers bonded to a steel frame. The frame is made up of high-strength square steel tube or flat steel welded to multi-ribbed construction. Screens can be bonded to steel frame via metal plate, or bond to frame directly. The frame screen can be wave type and flat type. The advantages are high performance, easier install and disassembly. KINGWELL screens are API RP 13C compliant.

Wave Screen (Pyramid screen)

Wave screen adopt unique hot pressing process to make the screen surface to be wave type. To collect the different mesh screens together reasonably and accurately. Compared with same specification flat plate screens, the effective area can be 125% - 150% larger, to increase sieving capacity, service life. It is be able to load more drilling fluid flow.
