Drilling field commonly used instrumentation mainly refers to the weight table, pump pressure table, such as side inclinometer. Among them:
1. Weight indicator is an important drilling instrument widely used in oil drilling, which is mainly used to measure the suspended weight and weight on the drilling tool and its changes. It consists of three parts: a dead rope holder, a gravity indicator, and a recorder.
The working principle of the weight indicator is as follows: the dead rope holder converts the pull force of the drilling rig's dead rope into liquid pressure signal through the sensor and transfers it to the gravity indicator, forcing the free end of the spring tube to produce displacement. After amplifying the mechanism to drive the pointer, the hanging weight and drilling pressure are directly indicated on the dial. Another pressure signal is transmitted to the recording spring tube of the recorder, and its displacement is moved by a continuous mechanism, and the change curve of bit pressure and suspension weight is made on the special paper with the recording pen.
2. The pump pressure gauge is shock-resistant pressure gauge, which is mainly composed of gasket, diaphragm group, fork spring, transmission mechanism and shell.
3. Inclinometer: siphon inclinometer, single-point magnetic inclinometer and multi-point magnetic inclinometer are commonly used in the field. Among them:
(1) the working principle of the siphon type inclinometer is to measure the inclination of the well by taking advantage of the property that the liquid level remains horizontal. The well body has a slant, and the inclinometer at the bottom of the well also tilts. The inclination Angle of the depth axis can be calculated according to the left ink.
(2) the working principle of single-point magnetic inclinometer and multi-point magnetic inclinometer is that the magnetic needle of the horizontal compass has fixed paper orientation under the action of geomagnetism. Suitable for drilling survey in non - magnetic mining area. The difference between single point and multi-point is that the multi-point magnetic inclinometer can continuously measure the borehole Angle at different positions, while the single point can only measure the borehole Angle somewhere.
