KINGWELL Mud Pump Pistons Features & Benefits:

1. KINGWELL Piston and piston rod are made of high hardness alloy steel. Piston rubber can be made of Nitrile Rubber, Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (HNBR) to accommodate for all types of drilling conditions, mud properties.

2. Wear-resistant, anti-corrosive, anti-distortion and temperatures reaching up to 350°F.

KINGWELL produces a series of API7K-compliant mud pumps ranging from F-500 to F-2200. F-2200 is a tri-cylinder, single-action, heavy-duty, high-pressure drilling pump with a maximum power of 2,200HP, maximum working pressure of 52MPa, and maximum displacement of 77.65L/s.

F-1300, F-1600, F-1300L and F-1600 mud pumps have a Max Pump pressure of 34.5MPa (5000Psi) and a displacement of 46.5L/S with a liner of Φ180mm. These two models are the first choice for medium and deep drilling rig as an assorted component.

F-1600,F-2200 mud pumps with high-power and high-pressure are developed to meet drilling requirements of offshore deep-water, terrestrial and horizontal wells, especially in desert areas.

Our premium pistons are fully interchangeable with other API standard designed pistons and deliver maximum performance in almost all drilling conditions. High tensile strength, resistance to chemicals, hydrocarbons, and abrasion, long Service, and full interchangeability with other API designed pistons make our premium piston a sound value.

The piston rubber is made from specially formulated compounds which are resistant to the effects of heat, oil and water. The multi-ply fabric reinforced backings used in the production of the piston rubbers provide positive, wear resistant seals.

Description:

The piston rubber is vulcanized on the piston directly, without plate pinch and snap spring, widely used in all kinds of mud, especially used in high pressure jet drilling and ceramic liner. It can be exchanged with the pistons with replacement rubbers.

A.White Lightning Bonded piston is manufactured from a highly engineered elastomeric compound that provides superior resistance to tear abrasion and extrusion and is capable of operating in fluid temperatures up to 220F (104C). The bonded construction increase run times even at pressures up to 5000 psi.

B.Green piston is a bonded piston that is highly resistant to abrasion and tear. The bonded construction resists extrusion under pressure and restricts movement to reduce the build-up of heat. This bonded piston can be operated in pressures up to 6300 psi.

C.Yellow slip seal piston is capable of operating in fluid temperatures of up to 220F while maintaining superior resistance to tear and extrusion. It has reliable performance, quality and high temperature resistance The yellow slip seal piston increase run times at pressures up to 7500 psi.

D. The black supreme piston’s replaceable seal element is manufactured from a specially formulated elastomeric compound that reduce the extrusion of the rubber even at the pump’s maximum pressure rating. The piston body is manufactured from a high strength alloy steel forging and heat treated for durability. The piston can be widely used in all kinds drilling conditions. The black supreme piston increase run times at pressures from 1500 up to 7500 psi.

E. Blue Lightning piston delivers excellent resistance to tear, abrasion and extrusion, and can operate in extremely bad oil drilling operation environment Blue Lightning piston has long service life, increase run times at pressures from 1500 up to 7500 psi.
