Casing water injection completion procedure:

 

1. Wellhead and blowout preventer set installation

2.Scraping to clean the well

3. Perforating operation

4. Scraping to clean the well again

5. Bridge plug operation (wireline or drill pipe)

6, Sand control operations

7. Lower the water injection string

8. Dismantle and release the BOP set and install the Christmas tree

 

Open hole horizontal completion procedure:

 

(1) pipe scraping and well cleaning

(2) lower sand control pipe string, sand control operation, glue breaking and drilling

(3) lower production string

(4) remove the bop and install the tree

(5) block seal the cable packer and put it into production

 

- Well cleaning operations

 

Function: remove the sundries on the casing wall, check whether the casing is out of shape, explore the artificial bottom hole, and replace the fluid in the wellbore

 

The body of the commonly used spring-type scraper should be smaller than the casing diameter, the outside diameter of the scraper should be larger than the casing diameter, and the blade should be down when scraping.

 

- spring type: the direction of the scraper type scraper can not be installed in the opposite direction, should ensure that the blade is down, in general, there is a lot of resistance in the lower part of the scraper, the left hand button, when the lower part is in resistance, the upper part of the scraper will play a role, the opposite direction will play a role of shackle

 

- brush type: when entering a certain depth, the wire brush block opens under the hydrostatic column pressure, reducing the wear of the wire brush during the entry process.

 

- rotary type:The blade can be rotated relative to the mandrel to increase the scraping area, which can be used for scraping  and drilling cement plug.
