Kill &choke manifold is the necessary equipment for controlling kick, controlling pressure of oil &gas. can be equipped with hydraulic control panel for remote control.


Choke Manifolds:

In case the BOP is closed, the manifold can keep the casing pressure slightly higher than the 
strata pressure by changing opening of the choke valves, so as to prevent strata fluids from flowing into the well, thus avoid oil pollution. A choke manifold consists of 
choke valves, gate valves, pipes, fittings, and pressure gauges. When pressure inside the well goes up, let out well fluids by adjusting opening of choke valves 
(which are manual actuated, hydro-actuated or fixed type) so as to reduce well pressure. In case the pressure is too high, gate valve should be opened to blow off the 
well fluids. 
 
Kill manifold:

Can pump heavy drilling liquid into the well for stabilizing pressure in the well; relieve the bottom pressure by blowing out, can operate specially, such as, injecting water
for well-washing, injecting extinguishing agent. Our choke &kill manifolds conform to API Spec 16C, NACE MR0175. Also, we can design in customer’s need.
