Check valve is mainly used to separate drilling liquid and fluid. It is installed inside the high pressure piping to prevent liquid backstreaming by self-closing baffle. When the liquid flows ahead the mian direction, liquid will push the valve plate and open the valve and let the liquid in. On the contrary, valve plate will cover the valve seat and make it sealed.

 

Sealing of check valve is metal to metal type between valve trim and the valve body, and it is activated by service substance pressure. The greater the pressure is, the tighter the sealing. Valve cavity can bear pipe line pressure at all times. The working medium flows in single direction.

 

The product is designed and manufactured in full compliance with requirements of API Spec 6A Specification for Wellhead and Christmas Tree Equipment, which can match and be interchanged with any other equipments of API Spec 6A.
