Introduction
 
KWXT4500-70R is a remote-operated, electrically-controlled, top-drive automated high-end cementing tool system with high load bearing, high torque and high pressure.It can automatically release the rubber plug and setting ball, which can realize the lifting, lowering and rotating of the pipe string during the cementing process, and meet the operation requirements of one plug one ball ,two plugs and two plugs one ball.
 
When cementing, the top end is connected to the top drive, the bottom end is connected to the drill pipe.There is a central flow passage and an annular flow passage inside the cement head. The rubber plug is installed in the central flow passage. Before the rubber plug is inserted, the central flow passage is closed, the annular flow passage is open, and the fluid flows from the annular flow passage to the lower drill pipe. When the rubber plug needs to be thrown, the rotary valve is remotely controlled to rotate, the central flow passage is opened, the annular flow passage is closed, and the fluid passes through the central flow passage, thereby releasing the rubber plug.
