Flow Release External Pulling Tools
 
Flow Release External Pulling Tools are designed to latch and retrieve standard external fishing profiles. An increase in flow rate across a jetting facility within the tool creates a pressure drop which retracts the grapple and allows it to latch into the profile on the fish. Reduction or termination of flow results in a positive engagement with the fish for pulling or jarring operations. The flow release feature allows the tool to be cycled as many times as necessary and is ideally suited for horizontal applications where loads to active mechanical operated tools are difficult to achieve.
