Wear preventive torsion loosing joint is the special downhole tool developed for preventing drilling tool from wearing and damaging sleeve during tripping 
and rotation during the process of oil and gas drilling.

Application: During the process of drilling of deep well, ultra deep well, horizontal well and large displacement well, it cannot be ignored that the torque of drilling column is excessive and sleeve wears. The research results show that the excessive torque and sleeve wearing are mainly due to the wear of sleeve sidewall during rotation of joint of drilling column. The application of wear preventive joint can reduce the torque of drilling column and sleeve wear effectively.

How to use:
Both ends of wear preventive joint are normal drill pipe buckles, which can easily connect the drilling tool assembly based on the process requirement. It can be used separately or in combination.
Repair and Maintenance:
Depress locking pin to remove the locking retaining ring, wear preventive sleeve and wear preventive retaining ring axially. After entering into well each time, dissemble the wear preventive and torque reducing tools in time and apply grease onto outer surface of all parts. When radial clearance between the body and wear preventive sleeve is more than 1.5mm, replace wear preventive sleeve in time.
