Pre-shipment Inspection

 

The inspection comprises of a detailed visual and dimensional inspection prior to delivery. Generally, it will be conducted at the mills of the manufacturer, and on samples randomly selected according to stated sampling procedures.

The inspection criteria covers quality, quantity, marking, packing, and etc., all of which are based on the specifications and reference samples provided by customer.

Upon completion of the final random inspection, a detailed inspection report has to be sent to the client, while an inspection certificate is issued to the supplier at the same time on occasion that all the findings are positive.

 

Welding Inspection

 

Welding inspection covers the whole welding procedure from the preparation to the PWH inspection, It includes WPS review, weld material storage inspection, electrode stoving, flux stoving, solder wire cleaning, bevel preparation, pre-heat, welding parameter control of each layer, weld diameter, weld visual inspection, PWH inspection and weld mechanical test(if available).

 

NDT Inspection

According to the category of the different standard, grades and materials, we can perform UT, MPI, RT, PT, TOFT, phase array inspection base on the production standard and client requirements with qualified operator of ASNT, CCS, TGRC etc.

 

Coating & Anticorrosion Inspection

Coating & Anti-corrosion inspection covers the whole procedure from coating resources confirmation to the final inspection. Inspector execute the inspection in procedure quantity and production quality, including material inspection, material mixture inspection, duration, preparation of coating surface, coating parameter, thickness of each layer, visual inspection, holiday test, coating performance test

Loading Inspection

Forenergy offers Loading Supervision which involves, "as appropriate," the checking of the container condition, identification of the loaded packing units with the previously inspected consignment, tallying of the number of shipping packing units and sealing of the container.
